Yes. We provide direct billing for approved insurance carriers, corporate partners, and relocation companies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH, wire transfer, company credit cards, and invoicing arrangements.

Can multiple guests or departments receive separate billing documentation?

Yes. Individual receipts or documentation can be issued upon request.

Do you accept insurance placement referrals?

Yes. We regularly accommodate insurance displacement housing, ALE placements, and corporate relocation requests.

Can the length of stay be extended if repairs take longer?

Yes. Extensions are available with written authorization from the insurer or corporate representative.

Do you allow occupant rotation for corporate or medical staff?

Yes. Authorized occupant rotation is allowed with written notice. A new lease is not required for each rotation.

What documentation do you require to approve a stay?

Typically, we request the guest’s name, approval from the insurer or corporate representative, stay duration, and a valid form of identification.

What is your policy for early move-outs?

Early move-outs require written notice. Billing adjustments follow the terms outlined in the corporate or insurance agreement.

Do you provide extra beds, cribs, or additional bedding?

Yes. Rollaway beds, cribs, and extra bedding can be provided upon request. Fees may apply.

Do you offer premium add-on services?

Yes. Additional cleanings, upgraded linens, workspace setups, and other premium services are available.

Do your suites use gas or electric appliances?

Our property is equipped with gas-powered appliances for improved efficiency and performance. Gas is included in your stay and does not require separate billing. All units are professionally maintained, and safety checks are performed between occupancies.

What amenities are included in the kitchen?

Suites include cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and essential appliances for long-term stays.

Do the units include workspace accommodations?

Yes. Each suite includes a dedicated work area with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and business use.

Can I receive packages or deliveries?

Yes. Package delivery is allowed. Larger scheduled deliveries should be coordinated in advance.

Do you provide contactless check-in?

Yes. Digital access instructions are provided prior to arrival.

What are your standard check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late options may be available upon request.

What security measures are in place at the property?

The property features digital smart-lock access, exterior lighting, and secure entry systems. Access codes are changed between guests.

How do maintenance requests work during the stay?

Contact our team and we will schedule maintenance promptly. Emergencies receive immediate attention.

Can furniture be rearranged or removed?

Minor adjustments may be approved. Full removal of furnishings is typically not permitted.
