These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, stays, and use of accommodations provided by Central Executive Suites. By booking or occupying a unit, the guest and any authorized payer agree to the terms below.
1. Reservation Requirements
A reservation is confirmed once payment is received or written authorization is provided by a corporate, insurance, or third-party payer. All information submitted at the time of booking must be accurate. Central Executive Suites reserves the right to cancel any reservation found to be fraudulent or misrepresented.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee.
Unauthorized late departures may result in additional nightly charges.
3. Guest Compliance
Guests agree to comply with all posted and provided house rules, building rules, and safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
4. Occupancy Limits
Each unit has a designated maximum occupancy based on local regulations and property conditions. Exceeding occupancy without written approval may result in cancellation, additional fees, or immediate removal.
5. Use of Premises
Units are to be used for residential lodging only. Commercial use, unauthorized filming, running a business open to the public, or subleasing is prohibited.
Guests may not relocate, disassemble, or remove furniture or appliances.
6. Payment Obligations
All charges, including rent, fees, extensions, damages, and incidentals, must be paid promptly by the guest or authorized payer. Corporate or insurance companies remain responsible for all approved charges regardless of internal billing delays.
7. Extensions and Holdovers
Requests to extend a stay must be submitted in writing and approved by management or the authorized payer before the original departure date.
Unauthorized holdover will be billed at the prevailing nightly or monthly rate.
8. Damage, Loss, and Excessive Wear
Guests are responsible for damages to the unit, furnishings, appliances, and building property caused by their actions or the actions of their visitors. Missing items or excessive wear requiring repair or replacement will be billed accordingly.
9. Safety and Security
Guests must lock doors and windows, operate appliances responsibly, and follow all safety instructions provided.
Tampering with smoke detectors, routers, cameras, or any safety equipment is prohibited and may result in additional charges or immediate removal.
10. Gas Appliance Safety
Some units contain gas appliances. Guests must use them responsibly and report any unusual odor, malfunction, or safety concern immediately. Guests may not modify, disconnect, or move gas appliances.
11. Prohibited Activities
Parties, events, illegal activity, disturbing behavior, or actions that endanger others are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
12. Personal Property
Central Executive Suites is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and carry their own renters or travel insurance.
13. Internet and Technology
Internet service is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed. Illegal downloads, network misuse, or tampering with equipment is prohibited.
14. Maintenance and Access
Guests must promptly report maintenance concerns.
Management may enter the unit with reasonable notice for repairs, inspections, or emergency situations as permitted by law.
15. Force Majeure
Central Executive Suites is not liable for interruptions caused by events outside its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or government restrictions. Refunds or credits during such events follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Administrative Fees
Certain reservations may incur administrative or processing fees for special billing, documentation, corporate invoicing, or additional compliance requirements. These fees are non-refundable once administrative work has begun.
17. Corporate Billing and Liability
Corporate, relocation, insurance, or third-party entities approving a stay remain financially responsible for all approved dates, extensions, and related charges. Occupancy by the guest signifies acceptance of all charges.
18. Hold Harmless, Indemnification, and Liability Waiver
The guest, all occupants, visitors, and any third-party payer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Central Executive Suites, its owners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from or related to:
Use or misuse of the premises
Failure to follow safety rules or instructions
Negligence or actions of the guest or their visitors
Improper use of appliances including gas, electrical, or kitchen equipment
Slip-and-fall incidents or accidents inside or outside the unit
Loss or damage to personal property
Central Executive Suites is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by guest negligence or failure to follow the Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
19. Agreement and Enforcement
By booking or occupying any unit, the guest and payer acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions, House Rules, and Policies published by Central Executive Suites. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation of the stay and additional fees as applicable.
