House Rules – Central Executive Suites

Welcome to Central Executive Suites. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below. Your stay with us signifies your agreement to these terms.

General Rules

• All guests must be registered at the time of booking.

• No unregistered overnight visitors are permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Please be respectful of neighbors and shared areas.

• Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless approved in writing.

Smoking and Vaping

• Smoking, vaping, incense, and candle burning are strictly prohibited inside the units.

• A minimum $250 smoke remediation fee will apply for violations.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless approved prior to check-in.

• Approved pets require a non-refundable pet fee and compliance with all pet rules.

Kitchen and Appliances

• Use appliances responsibly and turn them off when not in use.

• Guests must clean up spills, dishes, and food after use.

• Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Trash and Cleanliness

• Dispose of trash in designated bins only.

• Excessive mess, stained linens, or damaged items may result in additional fees.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out requires approval in advance and may incur a fee.

• Lost keys, access cards, or fobs may incur a replacement cost.

Safety and Security

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit.

• Tampering with cameras, smoke detectors, routers, or safety equipment is prohibited.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Damage and Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Broken, stained, or missing items will be billed at replacement cost.

Wi-Fi and Technology

• Wi-Fi is provided for guest use only. Illegal downloads or misuse of the network are prohibited.

• Do not unplug, disable, or modify routers, smart devices, or security equipment.

Laundry

• Do not overload washing machines or dryers.

• Clean the dryer lint trap after every use.

Gas Appliances
• Some units include gas appliances such as a stove or water heater.
• If you smell gas or suspect a leak, immediately turn off the appliance (if safely accessible), exit the unit, and contact management.
• Do not attempt repairs or disconnect gas lines.
• Do not move the stove or use it to heat the apartment.
• Report any unusual odors, sounds, or appliance malfunctions immediately.

Prohibited Activities

• Parties or loud disturbances

• Illegal substances

• Weapons or firearms

• Unauthorized photography or filming for commercial use

Emergency Situations

• In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.

• For building-related issues, contact management using the instructions provided in your welcome guide.

Agreement

By completing your reservation and staying at Central Executive Suites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or immediate removal from the property without refund.
